Step by step handling of a service request

  1. Download the suitable form from this site to your PC
  2. Save the form on your PC and open it by double-clicking
  3. a) Word: fill in the form field by field. You can jump with the TAB key to the next entry. The check boxes can be checked by pressing the SPACE key.
    b) PDF: go on with step 4.
  4. Print out the form on your printer
  5. a) The Word form can be stored as a *.doc file and then attached to an e-mail. Alternatively you can also send it by fax to your Zeutschel dealer.
    b) The PDF form should be filled out manually and then sent by fax to your Zeutschel dealer. Alternatively you can scan it and send it by e-mail.
  6. In case of image problems, do not forget to send sample scans or sample films.
  7. Contact then your dealer and discuss with him the further trouble-shooting.
